Terms of Service – Concierge Courier Service

Overview

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the relationship between you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) and our courier concierge company (“Courier Concierge,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) regarding the use of our white-glove, on-demand delivery services in Los Angeles, California. By requesting or using our services, you agree to these Terms in full.

Please review these Terms carefully before scheduling any service.

Our Service

Courier Concierge provides personalized, same-day delivery services throughout the Los Angeles area. We offer discreet and secure transportation for packages, documents, luxury goods, personal items, and specialty deliveries, all handled with concierge-level professionalism and care.

Client Responsibility

We strongly encourage clients to:

  • Package items securely prior to pickup

  • Clearly label all items for proper handling

  • Communicate any special handling instructions in advance

  • Obtain third-party insurance coverage for high-value items, if desired

Handling & Liability

While our couriers exercise utmost care and professionalism, Courier Concierge is not liable for any damage, loss, delay, or mishandling caused by external factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Traffic, accidents, or road closures

  • Weather conditions

  • Inaccurate delivery details

  • Items not properly packaged by the client

Service Limitations

We reserve the right to decline a delivery request if it involves:

  • Items exceeding our weight or size limits

  • Prohibited or hazardous materials

  • Destinations outside our approved service zones

  • Requests that compromise courier safety

Storage Fees

If your delivery cannot be completed due to your unavailability, we may store the item at our facility for up to 15 days. Storage charges apply as follows:

  • Base rate: $55/day

  • Oversized, exotic, or perishable items: Subject to additional rates

Waiting Time Fees

If our courier is required to wait more than 15 minutes at either the pickup or drop-off location, a waiting fee of $30 per additional 15-minute interval will be applied.

Redelivery Fees

If delivery cannot be completed on the first attempt due to unavailability, refusal, or incorrect information, a redelivery fee starting at $100 per attempt will apply.

No Delivery Time Guarantees

While we do our best to meet your preferred schedule, Courier Concierge does not guarantee exact delivery times. Same-day or rush services are subject to availability and traffic conditions.

Updates to Terms

Courier Concierge may revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms will be posted on our website and take effect immediately. Continued use of our services after any updates signifies your acceptance of the changes.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any legal disputes arising from the use of our services shall fall under the jurisdiction of California courts.
